Job Description:

As a Strategic Total Reward Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and individual satisfaction through tailored total reward solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing customer-centric solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead total reward advice, guidance, and insight across the business units to develop customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance the effectiveness of total reward in driving business performance.
  • Drive leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.
  • Implement and embed total reward programmes across the business to enhance total reward value as part of the Employee Value Proposition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business partnering: lead and shape partnerships with leaders to translate business unit goals into total reward programmes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: demonstrate strong analytical ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Change and project delivery: highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.
  • Storytelling with data/business insights: strong skills in building the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights.
