">- Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective and smooth relationship with distributors and IFA in the region for growth in business. Achieve Sales Targets and identify sales patterns in the market.
- Industry Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- IFA Selection: Develop and implement strategies for selecting and motivating IFA/distributors.
