About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned analytics professional to lead our project teams and drive business value for clients in the insurance and healthcare industries.

  • Work on cutting-edge applications of artificial intelligence to solve complex problems, delivering significant business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising consultants, analysts, data scientists, business intelligence experts, and machine learning engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and onsite teams, participating in workshops to identify high-impact business challenges.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytics problem statements.
  • Design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions with a product mindset.
  • Drive execution by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of experience delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and business intelligence solutions through analytics consulting.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems to analytics and data problem statements.
  • Experience scoping, developing, validating, and deploying explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, data engineering, and AI techniques and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.
  • Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights for client decision-making.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered.
  • Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and/or Python.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
