We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on product changes, updates, and new offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve timely issue resolution and enhance overall service quality.
- Graduation from an accredited institution is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions to customers.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy towards customer concerns.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in computer software.
