Job Description / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with retailers, vendors, and key stakeholders for smooth mall operations.
• Oversee daily mall operations, including facility management, security, and housekeeping.
• Plan and execute mall marketing & promotional activities to increase footfall.
• Manage and monitor commercial leasing activities, including tenant relations and agreements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service, ambiance, and experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue, and market trends.
• Support management in developing strategies for business growth and customer engagement.
