Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation and persuasion abilities, and be highly organized and proactive.

• Manage the entire debt collection process, including initial contact with customers, follow-up calls, and final resolution of outstanding debts
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
• Meet or exceed targets for collections
• Provide excellent customer service and support

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Highly organized and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
