Healthcare Leadership Role

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our coding department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all coding tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex medical records and communicate effectively with our clients. You should also possess strong organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be proficient in utilizing ICD-9-CM and CPT conventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the daily activities of our coding department.
  • Oversee the completion of coding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Analyze complex medical records and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ICD-9-CM and CPT conventions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
