Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to support our engineering, project management, and business operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and communication. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, communicating with vendors and partners, and assisting in technical documentation.

  • Assist in technical project coordination (electronics, data, or software projects)
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, BOMs, and reports
  • Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and clients to ensure smooth execution
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables using tools like Trello/Asana/JIRA
  • Support research and prototyping for ongoing projects
  • Review and summarize technical specifications for decision-making
  • Handle day-to-day project communication and keep stakeholders updated

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong technical understanding (electronics, circuits, data workflows, or automation)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle multi-disciplinary projects
  • Bonus: Experience with PCB design, FPGA, Python/SQL, or data engineering tools
