Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can handle various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communication Management: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize files and records.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with bookkeeping and financial record management.
  • Office Operations: Handle office supplies and inventory management.
  • Team Support: Support team members with various projects and tasks.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skill Set: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment: Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
Working Conditions

The job will be based out of Delhi NCR/Noida, and occasional overtime may be required. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Customer service orientation, adaptability, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
