Job Title: Business Growth Professional

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Growth Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services/products
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
  • Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or account management, industry-specific experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
