Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and work on end-to-end process improvement.
  • Perform transactional activities of operational procurement (spot buying/PR to PO/vendor master data/helpdesk service, etc).
  • Oversee day-to-day procurement operations within the GBS function, ensuring efficient handling of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests, including PR to PO conversion from initiation through to order fulfillment.
  • Reporting expertise to extract reports from SAP as per requirements from business.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and queries related to POs created.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
