Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that production activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily production operations to meet planned targets.
- Maintain and repair equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth production flow.
- Resolve conflicts and issues between manufacturing employees in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Document and analyze production records to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare daily reports for management on production performance.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary range of $15,026 - $36,827 per month.
- A day shift schedule with preference for day shift availability.
- The opportunity to work in an in-person setting.
