We're seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to manage daily operations and work on end-to-end process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional activities of Operational Procurement (Spot buying/PR to PO/Vendor master data/Helpdesk service, etc.)
  • Oversight of day-to-day procurement operations within the GBS function, ensuring efficient handling of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management
  • Timely and accurate processing of procurement requests from initiation through to order fulfillment
  • Reporting expertise to extract reports from SAP as per requirements from Business
  • Coordination with vendors for deliveries and queries related to PO's created
  • Coordination with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Initiation or execution of archiving of contracts/purchase orders
  • Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
  • Business Experience: 3+ years of indirect spend procurement experience with strong negotiation skills
  • SAP module knowledge and experience
  • Desirable working experience in a Shared Services Center procurement procedures
