About the Role

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in events or advertising/ media/digital agency sales is highly desirable but not essential.
