French Language Production Coordinator

This is a senior-level role for an experienced Print Project Manager who can oversee print production projects from initial brief to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and proficient in Adobe InDesign, with a strong track record of managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will serve as the main link between clients and production teams, coordinating projects from start to finish. This includes receiving and analyzing client briefs, identifying requirements, and developing and managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring all production meets specifications, brand guidelines, and deadlines. Additionally, the candidate will handle administrative tasks including quotes, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Methodical and organized individuals with the ability to work under pressure will thrive in this environment.
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Photoshop a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills: SAP knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of print post-production workflows
- Strong foresight, planning, and organizational skills
