Production Print Manager

About the Role:
\We are seeking an experienced Print Production Professional who is fluent in French and proficient in Adobe InDesign to oversee print production projects from initial brief to final delivery.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and analyze client briefs, identifying requirements.\
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.\
- Coordinate between clients (agencies/advertisers) and printers/media outlets.\
- Ensure all production meets specifications, brand guidelines, and deadlines.\
- Handle administrative tasks including quotes, purchase orders, and follow-ups.\
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting.\
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.\\/ul>\
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven ability to take briefs, assess needs, budget, and schedule projects.\
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Photoshop a plus).\
- Advanced Excel skills: SAP knowledge preferred.\
- Knowledge of print post-production workflows.\
- Strong foresight, planning, and organizational skills.\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\\/ul>\
