Print Project Manager- French Language Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Print Project Manager who is fluent in French and proficient in Adobe InDesign to oversee print production projects from initial brief to final delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards while serving as the main link between clients and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze client briefs, identifying requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between clients (agencies/advertisers) and printers/media outlets.
- Ensure all production meets specifications, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
- Handle administrative tasks including quotes, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting.
Skills & Expertise
- Proven ability to take briefs, assess needs, budget, and schedule projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Photoshop a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills: SAP knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of print post-production workflows.
- Strong foresight, planning, and organizational skills.
Languages
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- English
