Print Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Print Project Coordinator to oversee print production projects from initial brief to final delivery.
You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and quality standards while serving as the main link between clients and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and analyze client briefs, identifying requirements and developing project plans.
- Coordinate between clients (agencies/advertisers) and printers/media outlets to ensure seamless production.
- Ensure all production meets specifications, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
- Handle administrative tasks including quotes, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to take briefs, assess needs, and schedule projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe In Design (Photoshop a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills: SAP knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of print post-production workflows.
- Strong foresight, planning, and organizational skills.
- Languages: Fluent French (spoken and written) English.
- Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, autonomous, and detail oriented. Methodical and organized with the ability to work under pressure. Proactive, adaptable, and versatile.
