Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

Overview:

Jones RecruitZo is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a proactive and result-driven individual, you will be responsible for growing business, driving revenue, and ensuring payment recovery in the HoReCa sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering).
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms for profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and improve satisfaction.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Work with procurement, logistics, and cold chain teams for smooth supply.
  • Monitor inventory and forecast demand.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
Collection & Credit Management:
  • Ensure payment collections per credit terms.
  • Implement strategies to reduce outstanding payments.
  • Follow up and escalate overdue payments as needed.
