We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements for global entities, including notes to accounts, involving multiple subsidiaries and multicurrency consolidation as per US GAAP.
  • Month End Closure: Oversee month end closure activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet schedules.
  • Technical Accounting: Lead the technical accounting function, drafting of memos, implementing new standards, and supporting various aspects of integrated audits.
  • Annual Audit: Coordinate and finalize annual US and foreign entities audit with big audit firms, ensuring timely submission of accounts and ledgers to auditors.
Essential Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant equivalent with 6-8 years of experience preferably in software or hi-tech industry.
  • CURRENTLY handling and mentoring a team.
  • Experience in public company or big 4 audit firms is highly valued.
  • NetSuite experience would be advantageous.
