Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects.

  • This role requires the ability to manage contracts, lead project initiatives, and develop strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Oversight: Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring all contracts are drafted, reviewed, and managed to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Project Leadership: Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Vendor Development: Manage vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Rates Analysis and Negotiations: Conduct detailed rates analysis and spearhead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

  • Rate Analysis Expertise: Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.

  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required based on project demands.
