Interior Site Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee and execute Interior works for high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

This role involves supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. You will also monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.

In addition, you will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining site records, reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.

You must be able to support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints. Furthermore, you must maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil) and [2–5] years of relevant experience in Interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Key skills required for this role include strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Proficiency in site measurements, estimation, and resource management is also essential.

You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines is crucial for this position.
