Senior Interior Designer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior design team in luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior design solutions that meet client preferences. You will also lead projects from concept to completion, manage project timelines, and curate FF&E schemes, mood boards, and styling plans that reflect refined taste.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative interior design solutions aligned with client preferences
  • Lead projects from concept to completion while managing project timelines
  • Curate FF&E schemes, mood boards, and styling plans that reflect refined taste
  • Work closely with sales teams to style client spaces and enhance product presentation
  • Drive interior styling for brand activations, photoshoots, and in-store events
  • Engage with clients, vendors, and teams with confidence and professionalism
  • Balance multiple projects while delivering top-quality design execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a reputed institution
  • 3–8 years of experience in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects
  • A strong portfolio showcasing attention to luxury details, spatial styling, and creative solutions
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach with a passion for aesthetics and storytelling
