Exciting Opportunity as a Senior Interior Design ConsultantWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Design Consultant to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design experiences to our discerning clients. Your expertise in interior design and furniture sales will enable you to provide personalized solutions tailored to their needs.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in interior design or luxury retail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of furniture, home decor, lighting, and space planning is essential. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools is a plus.In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a passion for luxury furniture and customer experience. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to travel to store locations daily.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers at the showroom, offering a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support:
  • Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and decor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
Quotation & Sales Coordination:
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
Relationship Building & Lead Generation:
  • Engage with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply).
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home decor, lighting, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel to the store location daily.
