We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in construction cost management. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in the villa/luxury real estate industry.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing costs associated with specialized systems within construction projects, ensuring project requirements are met.

This role involves studying project scope in-line with design requirements, validating technical specifications received from design teams, and optimizing specifications without deviating from client requirements.

  • Study project scope in-line with design requirements
  • Validate technical specifications received from design teams
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements
  • Validate bill of quantities (BOQs) and backup workings
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management for approval
  • Check and validate RA bills and final bills
  • Prepare amendments as required
  • Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design
  • Explore new products and take them to approvals
  • Propose optimization options in budgets
  • Complete budget requirements within given time-frames (TAT) without delays
  • Prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management requirements
