Contract Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking claims submissions is crucial to this role;
  • Coordinating with the project team to prepare contractual replies and requests for claim approval is also a key responsibility;
  • Preparing detailed claim statements and presentations for submission to relevant stakeholders is another essential task;
  • Updating claim status reports and providing input to decision-making committees is vital to the success of this role;
  • Ensuring compliance with contract entitlements and Conditions of Contract is a critical aspect of this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 10-20 years of experience in construction contract management;
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required;
  • Excellent communication and cost management skills are essential;
  • Knowledge of standard method of measurements and sound contracts administration skills are also necessary.
