We are looking for a seasoned Scrum master with 3+ years of experience in leading software development teams. As an Agile transformation leader, you will play a key role in introducing and strengthening Agile practices within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a healthy and collaborative team culture, assessing Scrum maturity, and coaching teams to high performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional development teams as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning activities
  • Monitor the health of development cycles, track initiative status, and maintain consistent communication around risks and timelines
  • Help teams optimize the flow of work by removing impediments, running effective retrospectives, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with program management teams to streamline processes and improve documentation
  • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to high performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and manifesto
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
