Operations Director

Job Description

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. This role involves establishing and developing organizational structures, processes, risk management systems, and controls that are tailored to meet the needs of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to support the ongoing operations of the office.
  • Prepare and submit regular budget forecasts to senior management.
  • Evaluate the performance and productivity of office staff.
  • Administer and enforce office standards of practice, policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
  • Build, develop, monitor, and maintain workflows across the office.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience from a consulting and operations background.
  • Ability to manage the operations function from a strategic perspective.
  • Capacity to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on significant matters.
  • Demonstrated professional integrity.
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives and changing client needs.
