
Ultra-Luxury Sales Leader

We are seeking a driven Luxury Sales Professional to lead the sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong network for luxury sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high net-worth individuals, and family offices to ensure long-term engagement.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels (15 Cr+) through walkthroughs, pitches, negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures.
- Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations.
- Marketing & Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns, media spends, and targeted marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience: 2–4 years in luxury real estate sales with proven experience in the resale market.
- Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri –South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions.
- Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.

- Ability to navigate complex resale transactions.
