Key Role: Service Desk Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. As the primary point of contact, you will resolve technical issues and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira, as well as basic IT troubleshooting skills.

  • Effective Communication (English)
  • Ticketing Tool Proficiency (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
  • Basic Troubleshooting Skills (VPN, O365, Active Directory, Printers, Drivers)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes, SLAs, and Escalation Protocols
  • Familiarity with Remote Desktop Tools and User Access Management

As a Service Desk Specialist, you will work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and be expected to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment.
