About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate schedules, plan meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
  • Communication & Coordination: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently, acting as a point of contact for the CEO.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain discretion when handling sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in creating presentations as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
