Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with a strong background in performance benchmarking, analysis, and providing insights to optimize system performance in large-scale enterprise applications.

This role involves designing and developing performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using LoadRunner, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting performance issues using AppDynamics and other APM tools.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, generate detailed performance reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • ">Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using LoadRunner.
  • ">Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues using AppDynamics and other APM tools.
  • ">Conduct end-to-end performance testing (load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing).
  • ">Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • ">Generate detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • ">Simulate large-scale user activity to test application scalability and response time.
  • ">Execute tests across various platforms (web, APIs, databases, etc.).
  • ">Maintain and update performance test scripts as applications evolve.
