Seeking an accomplished Workday Expenses Analyst to provide subject matter expertise in day-to-day support and development, including business process configuration, integrations, data transmission, testing, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring data accuracy and seamless enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.

The successful Workday Expenses Analyst will lead finance expenses workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.

  • Understand business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through testing systems, assist businesses in testing the Workday solution
  • Provide a proactive interface between business partner groups and the Workday team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations
Key Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder)
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, awareness of what Workday can and cannot do, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing straightforward administrative tasks in Workday
