Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Expenses Analyst to join our team.

This is a senior-level position responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the configuration, integration, and optimization of Workday's Expenses module.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday best practices and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and troubleshoot Expense policies, integrations, and data transmission (EIB).
  • Test new features and functionality, and build reports to support business needs.
  • Partner with finance and HR teams to improve Workday usage and efficiency.
  • Lead Workday enabled finance Expenses workstream(s) to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and collaborate with COE(s) to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB.
  • Proven Workday functional expertise in the Expense module, including awareness of what Workday can and cannot do.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
