Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in implementing and supporting our Workday Time and Absence solution.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Workday Time and Absence to drive business success.

  • Implement and support global Workday Time and Absence implementations or transformation projects.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Workday Time and Absence functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the Workday Time and Absence solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (must be current).


• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.


• Proven track record of supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.


• Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.


• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures.


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
