  • Advise the Board and Management on corporate governance & legal compliance
  • Handle corporate secretarial audits and support statutory auditors
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI)
  • Strong drafting, communication, and compliance management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, compliance software, and e-filing portals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar role
