Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

  • Oversee financial planning and management to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Lead the finance team to handle day-to-day operations and finalize annual accounts within tight deadlines.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of tax laws, including direct taxes, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other business partners.
  • Ensure effective accounting software configuration to meet organizational requirements.
  • Foster a culture of compliance by monitoring and controlling accounting processes.
  • Manage vendor payments and communicate with regulatory authorities, including income tax, VAT, and TDS departments.
  • Coordinate GST filing and maintain timely submissions.
  • Evaluate and implement efficient banking relationships and payment systems.
  • Strengthen internal controls to prevent errors and discrepancies in financial transactions.
