Financial Executive Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial data, preparing reports, and managing office operations. They will also assist with audits and provide support to senior management as needed.

  • Manage financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist with external audits and support the company's compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Responsibilities:
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Invoices and Payments: Manage invoicing and payment schedules.
  • External Auditing: Assist audits and support compliance with financial standards.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Document Management: Maintain filing systems for physical and electronic records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage conference meetings and events.
  • Employee Support: Assist with employee queries and HR functions.
  • General Office Support: Provide administrative support to senior management.
