Job Title: Cybersecurity Service Leader

We are seeking a seasoned IAM professional to lead the delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global capabilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining PingFederate across various environments. Additionally, they will provide production support, debug issues, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain PingFederate across multiple environments
  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting services
  • Develop and enforce policies related to SSO, Federation, and two-factor authentication
  • Analyze and resolve recurring issues
  • Maintain continuity of IAM operations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID. In-depth knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SOAP, and WS-Security is also essential. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs is required. Solid understanding of LDAP directories, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments is necessary.
