Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions using Python, AWS, and DevOps tools.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

  • Design, build, and deploy software solutions for business requirements.
  • Ensure code delivery through best practices and quality assurance processes.
  • Implement process and technical improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and are easily scalable.
- Ensure code delivery through best practices and quality assurance processes.
- Implement process and technical improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Programming Languages : Expert in Python and strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Tools : Proficient in CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub, Visual Studio Code.
Experience : 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with a strong background in OOP.
AWS : Proven experience in AWS cloud services, especially with Lambda functions and serverless architecture.
DevOps : Familiarity with DevOps best practices and automation pipelines, including CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Skills : Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Software Design Principles, Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks.
