Job Title:

Business Process Optimization Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Process Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing quote-to-cash processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to identify process improvements.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline quote-to-cash processes.
  • Develop and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce to showcase CPQ capabilities.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for business-related queries on Salesforce CPQ processes.
  • Implement product configuration, pricing rules, and approval workflows using CPQ Price Rules, Product Rules, Option Constraints, Configuration Attributes, and Summary Variables.
  • Contribute to future enhancements by building complex bundle structures with dynamic pricing to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Design CPQ architecture for optimized performance from quote creation to order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and CPQ platforms, including their capabilities, limitations, and integration best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of product configuration rules, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract lifecycle management and subscription management processes.
  • Solid background in regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing.
  • Experience in developing process documentation, training materials, and enablement content.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Logik.
