We are seeking a senior Human Resources professional to fill the role of Unit HR Head.

This is a highly visible position that requires the ability to implement HR strategies that drive business results and foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.

The successful candidate will play a key role in partnering with Unit leadership to develop and implement effective human resources practices that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Partner with Unit leadership to implement HR strategies that drive business results
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
  • Implement Continuous Performance Management System to drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop talent development plans in collaboration with Corporate HR
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to design Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for unit employees to enhance functional and behavioral competencies
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate high-performing employees
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee onboarding and integration process for new hires
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with Corporate L&D to deliver training programs
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team to create a collaborative and high-performance environment

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate + MBA in HR
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP role
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
