About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users and create documentation for our software system. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for learning new technologies. They should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive support articles on software features for clients.
  • Develop detailed instruction manuals for internal use.
  • Design and maintain system guides and internal/external support resources.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to prepare details for new feature development.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration.
  • 1 year of software/product experience (desired).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Good report writing and research abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent attitude.
  • Passion for software products and researching new technologies.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle remote work and set own deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
