We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our ITOM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying the Service-now platform.

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for creating custom patterns, resolving Discovery issues, and coordinating with various infrastructure teams. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, team-handling experience, and a good understanding of the CMDB data model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Service-now applications
  • Create custom patterns to meet business requirements
  • Resolve Discovery issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams
  • Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow processes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and deployment
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience
  • Good knowledge of the CMDB data model
  • Excellent communication and team-handling skills
