About this role

  • As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to the build, QA, deployment, and analytics tracking of dozens of emails per month.
  • You will work closely with developers and client contacts to ensure the successful launch of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating email content renders well across email clients, ensuring links match client submissions, and processing distribution lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to oversee development and deployment of emails.
  • Ensuring high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough quality assurance testing.
  • Collaborating with clients to secure approval of emails and address any edits that may be needed.
  • Scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and providing support to clients on account protocols.
  • Pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing insights with clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a geographically distributed team.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.

  • Experience working in a client-facing environment at an agency.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
