**Job Overview**

HATCHTRA INNOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital implementation projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment on project objectives.
  • Develop detailed process flow diagrams and documentation to visualize and communicate processes clearly.
  • Evaluate all documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data sets, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present insights and recommendations using PowerPoint to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking operations.
  • Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management, ensuring timely updates on project status and task assignments.
  • Create process maps using MS Visio to visualize workflows and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within existing banking operations.
  • Assist in project management activities, including risk assessment, scope management, and project reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital implementation projects, preferably within large banks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting; advanced functions and pivot tables required.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for task management and tracking project progress.
  • Experience with MS Visio for process mapping is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
