Job Title: Deputy Finance Controller

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and reporting, with experience in leading business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans to support business objectives.
  • Drive mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new projects and international expansion.
  • Partner with senior management to evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic financial insights.
  • Manage financial governance and risk mitigation processes across international operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally to drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure effective interaction with overseas subsidiaries and partners.
  • Develop strong management information systems (MIS) frameworks and ensure robust control mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Master of Business Administration in Finance.
  • Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, due diligence, and valuation.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm, hands-on experience with international business interactions, and proven track record in driving business growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
