Key Financial Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned financial leader to drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will have 15–20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and SAP-enabled transformation.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA FICO, driving adoption and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end business cycles: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Product, and Request-to-Service (R2S).
  • Provide actionable insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new projects, investments, and product cost structures.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
