The Business Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes and financial performance.

This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals and financial strategy.

  • Providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting and long-term planning
  • Leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
  • Analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and presenting findings with actionable recommendations
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and management reports
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Monitoring spends and ensuring alignment with financial targets
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for senior leaders
  • Conducting business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is an advantage)
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines
