Financial Leadership Role

Drive strategic financial planning, reporting and analysis to support business growth initiatives. Lead Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities, conduct feasibility studies and provide key financial insights.


About the Role

This role requires a seasoned finance professional to lead financial planning, reporting and analysis to support business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, financial due diligence, valuation and integration planning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, reporting and analysis to support business growth initiatives.
  • Drive M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation and integration planning.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new projects, ventures and international expansion.
  • Partner with senior management to evaluate investment opportunities and provide key financial insights.
  • Manage financial governance, compliance and risk mitigation processes across international operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally to drive alignment on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance qualification.
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably with exposure to multinational companies.
  • Strong background in M&A (deal structuring, due diligence, valuation).
  • Expertise in feasibility studies and business case development.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm (audit/transaction advisory).
  • Hands-on experience with international business interactions.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
